How This Product Helps the Real Estate Community
eBrokerHouse provides an online transaction & offer management system for agents, brokers and investors looking to manage their listings, receive buyer submissions online, automate home showings, and more. Keeping track of all your listings can be overwhelming and difficult to handle by yourself, especially if you have multiple listings. eBrokerHouse was created specifically to assist in this process allowing you to manage your properties quickly, and more efficiently.
One major component of eBrokerHouse is it’s task management functionality. Their system allows you to create, assign, and manage all tasks that need to be completed for a particular listing. For those tasks that are the same for similar types of transactions, they have incorporated a Transaction Plan option where you can create a specific set of transactions to be tied to a certain type of listing. Once you initiate that type of listing, you can assign the Transaction Plan to it. This way you don’t have to re-build these repetitive types of tasks for each and every listing.
You can also manage other aspects of your listing as well, such as utilities, short sale information like bank contact and buyer details, and Home Owners Association information. Automating your listing showings is another cool feature of this software. Simply include an automatically generated unique URL into the MLS showing instructions and buyer’s agents can then use this link to request showings of your property.
Easily the most popular feature of eBrokerHouse is Online Offer Submissions. You have the ability to put an automatically generated unique URL for offer submissions directly into the MLS for that listing. You can set different requirements for each listing and only accept offer submissions from those who complete the requirements. This eliminates fax, email and file folder clutter and allows you to track all your incoming offers in one central location.
Finally, Alan shares with us another extremely useful aspect of his software which is its Team Collaboration capability. With the paid version of the software, you are able to add an unlimited number of users to your account and then attribute specific permissions to each user allowing partial or full access to certain areas of your account. This allows users to have access to only those areas necessary to complete their assigned tasks. They also have a conversation log built into their system that tracks all communication regarding a listing. This feature is particularly useful for those working with teams allowing everyone to stay up to date on the details of the transaction.
While the site is designed to be user friendly and straightforward, they’ve created a customer support section filled with videos and tutorials showing you how to utilize every aspect of the software. However, if you prefer to talk to a person, Alan recommends calling the toll free number on the website and they will be happy to answer all of your questions.
There are many other features available to both free and paid users, so make sure to listen to the podcast to hear more about this cloud based transaction & offer management solution available to agents, brokers and investors!
