How This Product Helps the Real Estate Community
How can I Say It Right help you with your real estate business? As Betty explains, “communication is at the heart of turning a potential client into a happy property owner. All real estate professionals need to understand the language and culture of the people they are doing business with. Communication in the business world is critical to success and that is the problem that I Say It Right products solve”.
Without learning an entire language, and as a valuable time saver, Betty suggests that just learning a few common terms and phrases to initiate a conversation can have a huge impact with non-English speaking clients. “You will be amazed at how confidence in your pronunciation leads to an eagerness to talk to other people in their own language,” Betty says. As an added bonus in this podcast, Betty shares audio of important real estate terms in Spanish you won’t want to miss!
One phonetic system is utilized throughout all 14 phrasebooks. The vowels that we know and love have been isolated and assigned a specific symbol that represents each sound. The core vowel sounds stay consistent throughout each language and therefore allows the reader to be able to pick up different language phrasebooks and instantly speak words or phrases with ease. Small nuances for each language are also covered in each book.
The phrasebooks were originally created for the traveler and therefore were organized in a way that most benefited them, however the phrasebooks are enjoying continued success among students of all ages and business persons alike. A great feature in every phrasebook, as Betty explains, is the PhraseMaker sections found in each chapter. These are short starter portions of a sentence which include the subject and a verb and all you have to do is add a noun of your choosing. This allows the speaker to begin making sentences right away whether they are showing a client a home or talking with a client before the escrow closing.
All 14 Say it Right phrasebooks are now available for download on Kindle devices or the iPad through the Kindle App which have the added benefit of portability and access to such features as highlighted terms and notations. I Say It Right also has a language podcast currently in iTunes and Stitcher Radio that serves as a great addition to the language books. Make sure to head on over and check out I Say It Right podcast today!
